A Short story about us…
Black Sheep Training was built from the real-world problems we are all trying to get a handle on; lack of sleep, busy schedules, information overload and injuries. We are all navigating similar problems in life.
We wanted to create a program that didn’t require 3 hours of daily workouts, weeks of soreness or leave you in shambles with injury flare ups.
A functional fitness program that didn’t feel like a Pilates workout.
A program for firefighters that isn’t run by some guy working a slow firehouse trying to make a name for himself as an influencer.
A program that could change the fire service
And with this… black sheep was born
years of back-to-back calls, late shifts, unpredictable conditions, and the constant demand to be physically ready for whatever happens next. We know firsthand what this job asks of you, and we know how to train for it the right way—so you can stay strong, capable, and healthy for the long run.
Whether you’re in the fire service, law enforcement, or just someone who wants to move better and feel stronger in everyday life, we’re here to bring you the kind of training that actually makes a difference.

Our Coaches
Why the secrecy?
You won’t see our faces in videos or photos—and that’s on purpose. We’re not here for the spotlight. We’re not influencers, and we’re not chasing fame. We’re firemen; blue-collar workers who care deeply about the job and the people who do it.
Our mission is to build a stronger, more capable fire service—physically, mentally, and culturally.
We believe that if fitness becomes the norm, standards can be raised—not lowered. And when the standard goes up, we start hiring more capable, prepared people that don’t make decisions based off fear. That shifts the focus from just writing policies to “make the job safer” to actually making us safer—through better training, better conditioning, and a stronger, more resilient fire service.
We’re not here to be the face of anything. We’re here to build a culture where fitness is expected, not optional. No egos. Just work.
